Fantastic Bridal Boutique! Rachel is fantastic, and puts her heart and soul into finding you the perfect dress. There were a wide range of dresses, along with accessories, and I felt so comfortable the whole time. Rachel made sure it was a lovely experience for us, she is a super lady with a beautiful shop! Rachel is such a kind and attentive person, she helped me select the most perfect wedding dress, nothing was ever to much for her and she really helped to put me at ease.

Rachel was such a wonderful welcoming person and nothing was too much for her. We where left to mooch through the beautiful gowns and picked out ones I wanted to try on. I tried around 10 amazing dresses and was given honest opinions from Rachel and my entourage. Although I really liked a few of the dresses Rachel could tell I just hadn't had that "WOW" moment. From the dresses I tried and the feedback I gave Rachel then pulled out the most STUNNING gown, I couldn't wait to get it on. When I saw myself in the mirror I just knew it was "THE ONE" and just didn't want to take it off. Thank you so much Rachel for your kindness and expertise. I just cant wait to wear my dream dress on my wedding day. Jess xx

Lovely lady very helpful... very pretty shop and lovely surroundings .. nothing was to much trouble...wasn't put under any pressure to buy a dress and my daughter said yes to the dress

Unimpressed with the lady who attended me during my appointment. Tiny shop with limited dress selection and I think she lost interest as soon as she realised she didn't carry the style of dress I was after but I would have appreciated a bit more attention to be needs or at least the honesty to admit she couldn't meet them. Felt like a waste of time. Also no tailor to hand, limited knowledge of available adjustments.

I am posting this review because I am so grateful to Charlotte for ensuring that my wife had the most fabulous dress for our wedding day. I still can’t believe how beautiful my wife looked when I first got to see her in the dress which Charlotte had expertly suggested as being just right, which it certainly was. Her shop is fantastic, it’s on a small site with other quality outlets and is very quiet and welcoming. Unlike other shops I took my wife to in the area there are acres of free parking space so she was relaxed and unrushed whilst I waited in the car so choosing the dress wasn’t difficult. We would give 6 stars if we could

Such a fabulous selection of gorgeous dresses, and thanks to Charlotte Baker Bridal Wear I found the dress of my dreams - excellent service too, she really made the whole experience a happy one and as stress free as possible!
