Incredible customer service! Having initially purchased a gift from here over 4 years ago, when it was lost I reached out to see if they still stocked it. They were helpful and friendly, found the item and sent me means of ordering. It was of great sentimental value so we were thrilled to be able to replace it. Communication was exceptional and delivery super quick!

Just received our new double wardrobe, custom made to fit exactly into the space alongside our chest of drawers. Excellent quality as always, and delivered and fitted by the always helpful (and very nice) Paul Martyn team. We couldn't be happier.

Recently purchased a dinning room table and four chairs. Did not want the norm furniture from certain retailers. The owner was really lovely and helpful, so was his assistant. Also got to choose beautiful fabric for our chairs, so many to choose from. Not only that they are kindly keeping our new furniture in storage as we are having an extension being built. See something you like but it's too small or too large for where you would like to put it? No problem give them your measurements and they'll make it to your requirements. Feeling more adventurous, design your own item and talk to the very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Well worth a visit.

Here is a company which not only produces and supplies lovely, well made furniture, and in a lovely setting, but goes to endless trouble to ensure customer satisfaction. If they don't have exactly what you want they will make it for you, and at sensible prices. We are in the process of purchasing a bookcase with drawers and cupboard beneath from them, and as we live in a three storey house with the living room on the first floor there was a worry that the item may not fit up the stairs. At his own suggestion, Paul came out to our home later in the day to see the 'set up' and even brought a cardboard template with him to get a better idea of whether it will fit or not. I'm delighted to say that it will. Very impressed with the level of friendliness and helpfulness which sadly seems to be missing with many companies these days. Strongly recommended.
